Product Manager
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for demand planning, design and life cycle management of product projects;
2. Managed the project team, coordinated the internal relations of the product line, and rationally allocated internal resources;
3. Based on the concept of user experience design, combined with user needs and product technical architecture, complete the conceptual design and prototype display of products/functions;
4. Before software development, complete product requirement documents and function definitions delivered to the development and test team, and cooperate with user experience designers to complete detailed design documents such as visual design, user interface (UI) and interaction design;
5. Coordinate technical developers, track product development progress, complete product development, testing, version management, review and release, product launch and other related work;
6. Cooperate with the R&D team to supervise and ensure the reasonable structure, optimization plan, resource implementation and project schedule of product development;
7. Tracked the market effect and user feedback of online products, collected and actively explored improvement needs, continuously improved products according to business needs, and enhanced user experience;
8. Improve and optimize the professional knowledge base of the team, build a product career growth model system and participate in the construction of the team brand image;
Recruitment requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, 211/985 college graduates are preferred, Internet product, project management experience is preferred;
2. Able to complete product design independently, skilled in using design software and writing design documents;
3. Good expression skills, good cross-departmental communication and project coordination skills, result-oriented thinking;
4. Excellent ability of analysis and judgment and scheme design, sensitive to data, with certain unauthorised leadership and influence ability;
5. Independent thinking, clear thinking, open mind, good at learning and summarizing;
