Operations Director
Job responsibilities:
1. Formulated product operation plan according to the company's development strategy, and completed the company's strategic objectives, including: product operation target formulation, operation strategy planning, product operation plan formulation, etc.;
2. Responsible for the management of the company's operations department, excavating user needs, optimizing user experience, continuously improving product value and user experience, and completing platform user activity indicators and core business indicators;
3. Develop and improve product operation management system and product operation standards, be responsible for real-time monitoring and analysis of platform data, and take responsibility for product operation effect;
4. Responsible for leading the platform innovation project team to complete the planning and management of the company's new business, summarizing and analyzing various marketing data, and mining marketing points;
5. Regularly produce dynamic analysis reports on market competition, establish short - and long-term plans in stages according to operational indicators, analyze and plan the execution and implement and evaluate the active operation strategy;
6. Coordinate business resources and carry out joint marketing inside and outside the station.
Recruitment requirements:
1, college degree or above, more than 3 years of Internet product operation related work experience, first-line Internet company work experience is preferred;
2. Strong data and business analysis ability, good at mining problems through data analysis and formulating corresponding operation strategies;
3, excellent communication and project management skills, able to actively communicate, with the ability to solve complex problems;
4, have PGC knowledge sharing, O2O experience, recruitment industry Internet enterprises, large Internet enterprises preferred.
